Purification at Par

The credit for the popularity of the Harry Potter movies goes to the special effects produced in the movie. Having realized this, JWT London targeted the same approach to create a CGI epic TV Ad, wherein the sea gives vent to gives the debris of battleships and warplanes.

The dramatic nature of the special effects used in the Ad is to expel tonnes of fragments including coins, world-war planes and ships, household useless products viz. washing machines and antique figurine from the ocean.

Sea here enjoys the symbolic advantage of being the most pure vodka purified after releasing the rotten parts of ships on to the earth. This look and feel of the global ad campaign by Smirnoff reflecting sea purification is similar to the Smirnoff s drive to produce the purest form of vodka.

The end of the ad displaying the purification process of ocean is a mirror image of the creation of Smirnoff and the mastermind behind this Ad campaign is of JWT London.

The bottom-line of the Ad campaign says:
Extraordinary purification
Ten times filtered
Triple distilled
And Clearly Smirnoff

Shot by director Daniel Kleinman in New Zealand and Pinewood Studios, the Ad campaign is really witty.
