The latest ad campaign for Miracle Gro Lawn Fertilizer, done by STUDENT: Rennie Moffat, Toronto consists of 3 ads: Beach, Spa and Nice Vette. In first look the ads look rather sober kinds; their design being simple yet suggestive. Its only when you read the tagline ‘It will make your grass feel good’, that you understand which product is being talked about. Ofcourse there’s company’s logo at bottom, right hand side corner but the ads as I said earlier are suggestive rather than being direct. I think, this is what creativity is all about. The purpose of these adverts is to show that Miracle Gro fertilizer when added to your lawn can pamper your grass to a level experienced never before by the poor under-your-feet plant!
And look at the comparisons-your grass will feel good like a day at beach/ like a spa/ like a vintage corvette. Wow, now that’s what I called a good Student work!
